How to Use It

QUICK USE: After a hectic day, dilute 3-5 drops (up to 0.25ml) of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil and rub between palms. Once warmed, bring hands close to face and take in the aroma to relieve stress and ground your emotions.

EXPERIENCE THROUGH A DIFFUSER: Dispense 0.25ml of essential oil into your favorite diffuser to fill your space with its calming scent.

EXPERIENCE THROUGH BATH: Dispense 0.5ml to 1ml of essential oil into warm bath water for an immersive experience.

EXPERIENCE THROUGH APPLICATION: Dilute 3-5 drops (up to 0.25ml) of essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil for topical application.

EXPERIENCE THROUGH PLACEMENT: Dispense 3-5 drops of essential oil on a cotton ball and place it in your closet or desired space for a relaxing, comforting aroma.
